At Gym Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance equipment. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
